I’ve been a professional chef more than 10 years, working in New Zealand and the UK, now residing in Auckland.
I LOVE everything Food so naturally my skills have fallen to Food Styling , Television Food Producer, Recipe Developer, and Consultant Chef.
Some of the exciting projects I’ve worked on include;

- Working for Josh Emett on his cook books “The Recipe” and “Josh’s Backyard BBQ”
- Consulting to businesses to streamline production, costings and deliver improved outputs.
- Private Dining for HNWI in the UK.
- Catering on Music Tours whilst in the UK (Black Sabbath "The End” tour, Drake’s tour)
